From North and East
Take the Mass Pike to Route 495 South. Continue on Route 495 South to the Route 85 Milford exit. Take a right off the exit ramp to Route 16 (Main Street). Turn right and continue to the intersection of Routes 16 and 140. The hospital and parking will be located to your right. 

From the West
Either follow Route 140 South to the hospital or take the Mass Pike to Route 146 South. Continue on Route 146 South to the Route 16 Uxbridge exit. Take a left off the exit ramp and follow Route 16 through Uxbridge, Mendon and Hopedale until you reach the intersection of Routes 16 and 140. The hospital and parking will be located to your left.

From the South
Take Route 495 North to the Route 140 exit in Franklin. Follow Route 140 North to the intersection of Route 16 in Milford.
