Medical Records Coordinator

Responsibilities:
The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest quality service for patients as well as internal customers by overseeing all tasks and responsibilities associated with Medical Records. Tasks associated with this position include, but are not limited to the following: oversight of the medical records room; maintaining and organizing all patient charts to assure accessibility; intake of new patient records and creation of new patient charts; retrieval of patient charts for physicians and other appropriate staff; compilation and appropriate filing within patient charts; tracking charts within the clinic.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and physicians; capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment; strong computer skills required. Experience working at a medical office is preferred.

Patient Services Coordinator
We are seeking a highly-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Patient Services team. This is a full-time position, with benefits.
Ultimately, the Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest quality service for both patients as well as internal customers on all patient services related duties.
Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and physicians; capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment; strong computer skills required.
Candidate who is bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a Plus. Experience working at a Call Center is a Plus.
Manager, Clinical Administration and Compliance
This position reports directly to the Executive Director. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Management of four (4) clinical care areas, including nursing patient care group (nurse coordinators, nurse practitioners, patient care coordinators); medical assistants; ultrasonographers; and clinical psychology group.
2. Leadership role on patient advocacy, issues resolution, patient retention programs.
3. Guidance on staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll
4. Monitor staff performance, including the development and implementation of staff performance metrics
5. Assist Executive Director in controlling budgeted overhead and addressing any inefficiencies of the practice.
6. Oversee clinical program compliance and quality assurance, including HIPAA, Risk Management and Administration, AAAHC accreditation. Ensures compliance with all state and federal requirements.
The ideal candidate has at least ten (10) years experience in the healthcare industry, minimum of five (5) years management experience, and demonstrated leadership to deliver excellent medical care service. Bachelor’s degree and clinical degree (RN, PA, or NP) required. Experience in women’s healthcare settings highly desired, fertility experience preferred.
Specifically, the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Ultrasonographer
Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions, at our Braintree, Westborough and Lexington, MA clinics. Various schedule rotations including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Must be ARDMS registered in OB/GYN. Some infertility related treatment experience needed, in-house training will be provided.
OR/PACU/Surgical Nurse
Position Overview: Provide direct care to patients undergoing assisted reproductive procedures and surgical procedures. Assess patients’ needs, coordinate the care to be delivered, evaluate the patient and services rendered, and strive for maximum patient satisfaction. Promote and restore patients’ health in the PACU setting; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing support to patients and patients’ families.
This is a Full-Time position with benefits. Regular work schedule includes weekens and holidays; Day Shifts only, no "off-shifts" required. Ideal candidate will have Surgical and PACU experience. RN degree required. Must have IV skills and ACLS certified. Experience with AAAHC is ideal but not necessary. Circulating Nurse experience, Women's Health and/or Infertility experience preferred.
Fertility Nurse Coordinator
We are always interested in hearing from highly-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Office Nurses (RNs). Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and physicians; capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment; strong computer and telephone skills required.
Responsibilities of the Office Nurse position include office consultations, patient education, coordination of testing, treatment coordination, and telephone triage. Additional details to be discussed at the time of interview.
Requirements: 1-2 years Infertility experience.
