Patient Services Coordinators work directly with RSC patients to assess their needs, answer general questions, and schedule appointments. Our Patient Services team maintains patient satisfaction by coordinating communications between patients and physicians and other clinicians within the practice. Patient Services Coordinators are also in charge of sending out informational patient packets to help educate patients about treatment, maintaining patient information and charts, and providing Front Desk support for the practice. RSC’s Patient Services Coordinators take pride in providing the highest quality service for both our patients as well as internal customers.
What do we look for in a Patient Services Coordinator?
Patient Services staff must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and physicians; must be capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment; strong telephone and computer skills are required.
General Qualifications:
• Experience working in a medical office setting
• Knowledge of HIPAA
• Knowledge of MYSIS / Optimum scheduling system is a plus but not necessary
• Candidate who is bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a plus.
• Experience working at a Call Center is a Plus.
Our Patient Financial Counselors focus on delivering excellent patient care and services. Counselors serve as advocates to educate patients about all the financial services involved as they go through treatment, answer questions that patients have about billing, insurance reimbursement, payment, and/or available financial programs. Our counselors’ goal is to ensure that our patients experience efficient, smooth business transactions as they pursue infertility treatment at our clinics. Key assignments within our Patient Financial Services team include:
• Medical insurance verification and authorization
• Patient and insurance billing, reimbursement, and collection
• Charge and Cash Posting
Within RSC’s Financial Services team, you will find professionals who have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and physicians. They are capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment, all of them are required to have strong computer and telephone skills. Specific requirements to join our Financial Services team include work experiences in one or more of the following areas:
1. Healthcare insurance billing/collections or insurance authorization/verification
2. Patient Account/Insurance collection
3. CPT coding and billing
Patient satisfaction comes first. With patient convenience in mind, we offer monitoring services at many of our satellite offices. RSC New England has a team of more than 15 ARDMS registered sonographers who provide ultrasound services in our offices in Braintree, MA, Westborough, MA, Lexington, MA, Bedford, NH, and Providence, RI.
We are always interested in getting to know sonographers who are looking for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions. Various schedule rotations are offered including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
General Qualifications: Must be ARDMS registered in OB/GYN. Some infertility related treatment experience would be preferred, in-house training will be provided. Many sonographers are also skilled in phlebotomy – this is a plus!
Our PACU/Surgical Team provides direct care to patients who are undergoing assisted reproductive procedures and surgical procedures. The team works together in assessing patients needs, coordinating delivery of care, evaluating the patient and services rendered, and striving for maximum patient satisfaction. Our goal is to promote and restore patients’ health in the PACU setting. This is achieved by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing support to patients and their families.
Our staff has a regular work schedule that includes weekends and holidays; Day Shifts only, no "off-shifts" required. An ideal candidate is someone who has Surgical and PACU experience. RN degree is required for the PACU Nurse position.
RSC nurses are deeply involved in managing our patients’ treatment plans. Nurses provide office consultations, treatment plan options and education, coordination of testing and continuous follow-up with patients throughout their treatment. General Qualifications: 1 year of Infertility treatment related experience.
